Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Who we are

AllModernTech is operated by Allmoderntech.com, LLC, a Colorado company. This policy explains information handling for allmoderntech.com. For privacy questions, contact support@allmoderntech.com.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address and the name, message, photographs, or other information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, address site issues, and keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords or payment-card information.

Our website currently provides photography information and links to other websites. At present, we do not accept product orders or payments through this website.

Website operation and technical information

Our website and email are hosted through DreamHost. Hosting and technical service providers may process information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website, maintain service, investigate errors, and protect against misuse.

Cookies and website features

WordPress uses cookies for features such as checking whether a browser accepts cookies, keeping authorized users signed in, and remembering display preferences. Visiting an ordinary article is different from signing into the administration area. You can manage or block cookies in your browser; doing so may affect features that depend on them.

New posts currently have comments disabled by default. Individual pages or older posts may use different settings. If a page offers comments, WordPress can collect the submitted comment, name, email address, website address, IP address, and browser information. Approved comments and the chosen display name may be public; the email address is not displayed with the comment.

If comment avatars are displayed, a hash derived from the commenter’s email address may be sent to Gravatar to retrieve an avatar. Gravatar’s operator describes its practices in the Automattic Privacy Policy. A comment form may also offer an optional cookie to remember the commenter’s details.

Analytics, advertising, and affiliate links

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, only after you accept marketing tracking through our privacy choices. The Pixel records a PageView when a page is loaded with marketing consent. It sends information such as the page address, visit time, IP address, browser and device information, and cookie or advertising identifiers to Meta. We use this information to understand visits from our advertising and improve future advertising. Meta may associate this information with information it already holds about you and use it for measurement and personalized advertising, as described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Marketing tracking is optional. Selecting Reject marketing keeps the Meta Pixel off; you can still read our articles. Selecting Accept marketing permits the Pixel to load. You can change or withdraw your choice using Privacy choices. Withdrawal stops future Pixel loading after the change takes effect; it does not automatically delete information already sent to Meta. Browser settings or extensions may also block tracking.

Our consent tool is configured to treat recognized Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals as a refusal of optional tracking. The tool stores cookies to remember your consent preferences and the version of the notice you accepted. These preference cookies are separate from Meta’s marketing cookies. Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and, when an advertising click identifier is present, _fbc. Cookie availability and duration can depend on your browser and Meta’s settings; see Meta’s Cookies Policy.

We have not connected Google Analytics or a newsletter service. This Pixel setup does not collect order or payment information because we do not currently accept orders or payments on this website. We will review this policy and the visitor choices before adding new analytics, subscription, shopping, or tracking features.

Links may take you to retailers, manufacturers, or other websites. Once you visit another website, its privacy and cookie practices apply. A link does not mean that AllModernTech controls that website’s information handling.

Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, email, and technical providers handle information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the website, or exercise or defend legal rights.

Retention

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the need to respond to an inquiry, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and security needs. Copies may also remain in routine backups until those backups are replaced or deleted. Contact us if you have a question about information you have provided or would like to request its deletion.

Your choices and requests

You can choose what information to include in an email and control cookies through your browser. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with you, email support@allmoderntech.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will review requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Children

This is a general-audience photography website and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page as our website and information practices change and include a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making a change.
