Buying through a retailer
When you follow a link to a retailer and make a purchase, you buy from that retailer. The retailer handles payment, fulfillment, customer service, cancellations, and returns under its applicable policies and your legal rights.
Before purchasing, check the retailer’s current return deadline, eligibility requirements, item condition requirements, shipping charges, and any restocking fees. Policies may differ for new, used, special-order, or final-sale products.
Returns, refunds, and order problems
Contact the retailer identified on your order confirmation or receipt to request a return, refund, cancellation, or help with delivery. All Modern Tech does not set that retailer’s return terms or process refunds for its orders.
For warranty service, follow the instructions provided by the retailer, manufacturer, or other warranty provider. Check who provides the warranty and what it covers before purchasing.
Nothing on this page limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
